finally

Finally, after much preparation and thought, I now have my own blog. I am really excited, and pleased with the design, name, and all the little details I've painstakingly thought through. I decided to call it blue jeans and teen dreams because I am in love with anything denim, and because this is where I'll put my dreams and thoughts. It's my diary, in a roundabout sort of way. A diary I'm sharing with you.

I was inspired to create a blog and post my thoughts through carlotta. I started reading her blog, and found myself in love with photography, all things vintage, and blogging. It's rather funny, actually, 6 months ago I never would have thought that oxfords were the best shoes ever invented, or that photography was more than waving your camera around aimlessly, snapping pictures as you went. But now I'm looking through thrift stores for my clothes, trying to come up with odd angles, lighting, or effects for my pictures, and writing a blog. This is completely new for me, and I am so excited to embark upon the journey of blogging.
